Orange Slice Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. margarine
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk with 1 tsp. soda
3 c. flour
1/2 lb. dates
2 c. chopped pecans
1 lb. orange slice candy, diced
1 c. coconut

Preparation

Mix dates, nuts, candy and coconut with 1/2 cup flour.
Mix all the rest of the ingredients and add date mixture.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 2 hours or until done. (Use 2 loaf pans.)
