"Don'T Peek" Five Hour Beef Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. stew meat
4 medium potatoes, chunked
6 carrots, chunked
1 c. celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 c. tomato juice
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. tapioca
Preparation

Mix together in roaster.
Cover tightly.
(Seal with aluminum foil if necessary.)
Bake at 250\u00b0 for five hours.
Don't peek for five hours!
