Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. chopped nuts
4 c. coarsely chopped apples

Preparation

(I use self-rising flour and omit baking powder and salt.)
