Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. finely chopped cabbage
    1/4 c. shredded carrots
    2 tbsp. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 tbsp. white vinegar
    2 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Be sure cabbage and carrots are chopped up into fine pieces. Combine sugar, salt, pepper, milk, mayonnaise, buttermilk, vinegar and lemon juice in a large bowl and beat until smooth.
    Add cabbage, carrots and onion and mix well.
    Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
