Longley Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 12 large potatoes
    6 oz. soft cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. onion salt
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. +/- finely chopped onion
Preparation
    Peel, cut and boil potatoes 20 to 25 minutes.
    Drain well. While the potatoes are warm, beat in the other ingredients.
    Bake in 2-quart covered casserole at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
