Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni
3 Tbsp. butter/margarine
3 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
minced onion (optional)
onion salt
2 c. shredded sharp cheese
Preparation

Cook macaroni as usual; drain.
Melt butter.
Blend flour, milk, salt, pepper and onion (jar).
Cook and stir until thick. Add cheese and stir until melted.
Mix macaroni in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Sprinkle in croutons or bread crumbs.
Bake at about 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
