Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger
1 medium grated onion
1 clove garlic, finely grated
1 tsp. oregano, crushed
1 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. chili powder
2 c. tomato juice/tomatoes (can)
1 (16 oz.) can kidney or pork and beans
Preparation

Cook hamburger until redness is gone.
Drain grease.
Put onion, garlic, oregano, cumin, salt, chili powder and juice in blender.
Blend until onion and garlic are smooth.
Pour into hamburger and beans.
Cook slowly for 30 minutes to an hour.
