Marinated Garden Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2 1/2) big can green beans
    1 (No. 303) small can green peas
    1 large can carrots
    1 bunch green onions or large sweet onion, sliced
    1 large peeled cucumber
    4 stems celery
    1 large can pimento
    1 large green pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. white vinegar
    1/4 c. tarragon vinegar
    1/3 c. salad oil
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cold water
