Caesar Salad(Mexican) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove peeled garlic
    2 bunches Romaine lettuce
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 c. croutons
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Rub the inside of the salad bowl with the garlic clove.
    Tear the lettuce into bite size pieces; add to salad bowl.
    Place egg in pan of boiling water.
    Cook 1 minute.
    Break egg onto lettuce and toss.
    Add lemon juice.
    Toss again.
    Sprinkle salad with Parmesan and croutons.
    Add Caesar Salad Dressing.
    Toss and serve.
    Serves 6.
