Sour Cream Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. garlic powder (per lb. meat)
    1 small onion
    16 oz. sour cream
    20 oz. can enchilada sauce
    8 to 10 large flour tortillas
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with onion and garlic powder; drain. Combine with sour cream.
    Fill tortillas with meat mixture.
    Roll tortillas and place in baking pan that is lightly coated with enchilada sauce.
    Top with remaining sauce.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
