Escalloped Potatoes Southern Style - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (32 oz.) pkg. hash brown potatoes, thawed
1/2 stick butter or oleo, softened
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (12 oz.) pkg. grated American or sharp cheese
1/2 small onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. corn flakes, crushed (for top)
1/2 stick melted butter or oleo (for top)
Preparation

Mix potatoes, soup, 1/2 stick melted butter or oleo, sour cream, grated cheese, onion, salt and pepper.
Mix; place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Top with crushed corn flakes.
Pour melted butter over and bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
