Mom'S Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 can (1 1/2 c.) pumpkin
2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 Tbsp. melted butter
1/8 c. molasses
1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Sift together sugar, cornstarch, salt, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg (can use pumpkin pie spice in place of cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg).
Mix with pumpkin.
Add remaining ingredients.
Pour into pastry-lined large pie plate.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for about 40 minutes, until pie is done.
