Braised Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. shredded cabbage
3 carrots, grated
3 Tbsp. butter
2 green onions, chopped or 4 stalks chives, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

In skillet, heat butter until foamy. Add onions or chives and saute until tender. Add cabbage and carrots. Saute over high heat until tender-crisp, about 4 minutes.
Add salt and pepper.
