Peanut Butter Gems - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    1 egg
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    peanut butter cups
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add brown sugar, peanut butter and egg.
    Mix well.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Make small balls.
    Bake in mini-muffin pans at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Have peanut butter cups peeled and ready to put in center of dough as soon as taken out of oven.
    Cool 10 minutes in pan.
    Take out to finish cooling on rack.
    Makes 5 dozen.
