Sausage Alfresco - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. turkey sausage
    1/2 lb. fettucine
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1 1/2 c. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 c. heavy cream
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
Preparation
    Prepare fettucine; drain.
    Melt margarine in large skillet. Add onion, then vegetables.
    Cook until tender.
    Set aside.
    Brown sausage and drain.
    Combine sausage, vegetables and cream. Simmer.
    Add Parmesan cheese and parsley.
    Serve over fettucine.
