Tomato-Caviar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium tomatoes, peeled
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) jar black caviar
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    lettuce
Preparation
    Hollow out tomatoes slightly, at stem end, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Drain.
    Chill in freezer for 1 hour.
    Blend caviar with mayonnaise.
    Serve tomatoes on lettuce; top tomatoes with caviar-mayonnaise mixture.
    Makes 6 servings.
