Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    2 c. zucchini, shredded
    1 large onion, diced
    1 can mushrooms
    1 pkg. peas (frozen)
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. shredded cheese
    6 to 8 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Brown sausage and onion together in a large electric skillet. Add zucchini and simmer for 3 minutes. Add mushrooms, peas and salt and pepper.
    Pour eggs on top of mixture. Stir together.
    Let cook for 3 to 5 minutes, then with spatula, turn over.
    When it is all turned, spread cheese over top and put lid on.
    Cook until set and cheese is melted.
