Pacific Lime Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. boiling water
1 pkg. lime jello
9 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 c. cream-style cottage cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise or 1/2 c. whipped cream
1/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Drain pineapple.
Dissolve jello in hot water.
Add juice. Cool jello until slightly thickened.
Beat until frothy.
Fold in remaining ingredients.
Chill until set.
Nice in ring mold.
