Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 onions, minced
    2 cloves garlic
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 lb. mushrooms, coarsely chopped
    2 c. whipping cream
    2 c. beef broth
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute onions and garlic in margarine in skillet until tender. Add mushrooms; cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
    Gradually add cream and broth.
    Continue to cook until thoroughly heated.
    Do not boil.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
