Swiss Cheese Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. water
    1 lb. broccoli, chopped coarse
    salt
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 1/4 c. milk
    2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    2 eggs
Preparation
    In 2-quart saucepan, over high heat, add water, broccoli and salt to boiling.
    Cover and cook 10 minutes and drain.
    Set aside.
