Quesadillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Monterey Jack cheese
    tortillas
    green chilies
    epayote or cilantro
Preparation
    Heat skillet.
    Spray with cooking spray or use butter.
    Cut 1 to 2 thin slices of cheese and place on 1/2 of tortilla.
    Sprinkle with chilies and epayote or cilantro.
    Fold and place in skillet. Cook until cheese is melted, flipping 1 or 2 times.
    Cut in half and serve.
