Oven-Baked Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. rice
1 tsp. salt
2 c. water
Preparation

Measure rice and salt into casserole with tight fitting cover or cover dish with aluminum foil.
Boil the water and add to the rice.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Makes enough for 6 servings.
