Petite Cheese Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. lemon juice
vanilla wafers
cherry pie filling
Preparation

Blend first 4 ingredients.
Line muffin tins with paper cupcake liners.
Place 1 vanilla wafer in bottom of each and fill with cheese mixture.
Bake in 375\u00b0 preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool.
