Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. (8 oz.) macaroni, cooked and drained
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Mozzarella or Provolone cheese
Preparation

Combine eggs, milk and pepper; stir in macaroni.
Pour macaroni mixture into a buttered 8-inch square baking pan.
Bake in a preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until set. Combine tomato sauce and oregano; spread over macaroni.
Top with cheese.
Bake 10 additional minutes.
