Breast Of Chicken Rustica - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    4 skinned chicken breasts (also good with thighs)
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 (2.7 oz.) dried Swiss tomato with basil soup
    3 c. medium egg noodles
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1 (10 oz.) French-style green beans
Preparation
    Melt oleo in 12-ounce skillet; add chicken breasts.
    Cook 4 minutes on each side.
    Add water, milk and soup; mix and stir. Add noodles and stir to cover with liquid.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cover and bring to a boil.
    Simmer 10 minutes, stirring twice, until chicken is done and noodles tender.
