Shrimp And Crabmeat Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
    1/4 c. butter
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    1/4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. seasoned cornflake crumbs
    1 pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 cans king crab meat
    1 can artichoke hearts
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped shallots
    pepper
    3/4 c. milk
    2/3 c. dry white wine
    1/2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook shrimp in salted water for 3 minutes.
    Drain.
    Drain artichokes.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Saute mushrooms for 5 minutes in 2 tablespoons butter.
    Saute garlic and shallots for 5 minuets in 2 tablespoons butter.
    Remove and stir in flour and pepper, then stir in milk.
    Bring to boiling, stirring; remove from heat. Add half cheese; stir until melted.
    Stir in wine.
    Drain crabmeat; remove cartilage; flake.
