Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. evaporated milk
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. melted butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. lemon rind
    1 lb. cream cheese
Preparation
    Combine 2 cups crumbs, 1 cup sugar, cinnamon and melted butter and mix well.
    Press all but 2/3 cup on bottom and sides of greased cheese cake pan.
    Beat eggs until thick and light.
    Add remaining sugar, flour, salt, vanilla, lemon juice and rind; beat well.
    Combine evaporated milk and cheese.
    Mix well; add egg mixture to that.
    Pour into pan with crumbs and sprinkle with reserved crumbs.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
