Southern Fried Apple Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. shortening
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Cut the shortening into the flour, using a food processor or pastry blender.
    Add the milk and process until mixture clings together in a ball.
    Divide the dough into 12 balls about the size of golf balls. Roll each portion to a circle about 5 inches in diameter.
