Cloud Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 egg, beaten
    2/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix all the dry ingredients together; make a well in the center; beat milk and egg together; add egg mixture to dry ingredients and mix with a pastry blender. You may add raisins, or cheese before adding the milk and eggs and the secret is not to mix too much. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
