Chow Mein - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked chicken, chopped
6 c. celery, chopped
4 c. onions, chopped
3 c. chicken broth
2 cans bean sprouts, drained
6 Tbsp. soy sauce
6 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Cook celery, onions and sprouts in broth until tender.
Add chicken.
Mix soy sauce, cornstarch and water together.
Add to chicken mixture.
Cook until thickened.
May serve over rice and top with chow mein noodles.
Will serve 10.
