Best Of Show Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    3/4 c. canned evaporated milk
    2 c. warm water
    1/2 c. sunflower seeds
    2/3 c. honey
    1/2 c. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. salt
    8 c. whole wheat flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water.
    Combine milk and 2 cups warm water.
    To this add honey, oil and salt.
    In large bowl put about 6 cups flour, then add the yeast and milk mixture.
    Beat thoroughly.
    Add rest of flour.
    Place in greased bowl.
    Cover and let rise.
    Place on board and divide dough in half.
    Knead a minute or two and place in greased pan.
    Brush oil over top of loaves and let rise until doubled.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. To make in a bread maker, cut recipe in half.
