Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans tomato soup
2 cans tomatoes and green chilies
2 pkg. taco seasoning
2 lb. ground beef
1 c. onions, chopped
20 corn tortillas
2 c. shredded mild Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Heat first 3 ingredients in pan.
Cook ground beef and onion; drain.
Dip tortillas in sauce.
Fill with meat and cheese.
Roll and place in baking pan.
Top with remaining sauce and garnish with cheese.
Heat at 350\u00b0 until heated through, 15 minutes. Makes a lot and is good reheated.
