Rice Porcupines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 medium onion, sliced thin
    2 1/2 c. tomato juice
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. fat
    1/2 green pepper, sliced
Preparation
    Mix
    beef,
    rice,
    salt, pepper and chili powder.
    Form into small
    balls, about 1 1/2-inches; place in covered baking dish. In
    skillet melt fat and saute onions and green pepper. Pour onion,
    green
    pepper
    and tomato juice over porcupines. Cover and place in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Cook 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
