Sausage And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. canned chicken broth
1 medium onion
1 c. rice
Hillshire Farm smoked sausage
pepper
dash of salt
Preparation
-
Saute onion.
Add chicken broth, salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil.
Stir in rice.
Cook on low 20 to 25 minutes.
Cut up smoked sausage and add to rice about 5 to 10 minutes before rice is done.
