Black Bean And Guinoa Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. dry beans
water (to cook)
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 sweet red pepper, chopped
1/2 sweet green pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 medium tomatoes, cubed
1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
3 tsp. cumin or to taste
1 to 2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 to 2 c. cooked guinoa
Preparation

Cook beans until tender.
Saute onion, peppers, garlic and fresh tomatoes in bean water.
Or use picante sauce, like Pace, if desired.
Add all ingredients to cooked beans, making it as thick and spicy as desired.
Heat through and serve with favorite chili garnishes.
