Cheryl Ladd'S Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. shortening
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. raw apples, pared and chopped (not the Delicious variety)
1 c. cold, very strong coffee
1 c. nutmeats or raisins
3 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground cloves
2 tsp. baking soda

Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar.
Add eggs and chopped apples. Add nutmeats and/or raisins.
