Broccoli Toss - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bacon
    4 bunches broccoli, cut into bite size flowerets
    3/4 c. raisins
    3/4 c. sunflower seeds, shelled
    1 large red onion, finely chopped
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. red wine vinegar
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp; crumble.
    Combine broccoli, raisins, sunflower seeds and onion.
    In small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar.
    Spoon over broccoli mixture; toss to coat.
    Sprinkle salad with bacon and toss.
    Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight. Yields 15 to 20 servings.
