Seven Layer Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cauliflower, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. green onions, chopped
1 pkg. frozen green peas, thawed and drained
1 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated
7 strips bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
Preparation

Place alternating layers of vegetables in bowl.
Spread mayonnaise over top.
Cover with grated cheese and bacon.
Will keep in refrigerator for about a week.
