Peanut Butter Chews - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 egg whites
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. crunchy peanut butter
4 c. Wheaties cereal

Preparation

Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
In a large mixer bowl, beat egg whites until foamy.
Beat in sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time; continue beating until stiff and glossy. Fold in peanut butter and cereal. Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls 2-inches apart onto lightly greased baking sheet. Bake 14 to 16 minutes.
Makes 3 to 4 dozen cookies.
