Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    3 nectarines or orange, apple, pear or peaches
    1/4 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    vanilla
    1/4 tsp. almond extract
    1 1/3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    pinch of salt
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    In a 9 x 9-inch casserole, spread brown sugar.
    Cut fruits of choice in pieces; spread over brown sugar.
    Mix remaining ingredients like a cake; spread on top of fruits.
    Cook for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Let cool for a few minutes; turn cake over in a plate.
