Easy Turkey Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. mushrooms, sliced
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 c. water
    2 c. turkey, cooked and cubed
    1/4 c. pimentos, chopped
    2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    8 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
    1/2 c. Parmesan, grated
Preparation
    In 2-quart saucepan over medium-high heat, melt margarine or butter and cook mushrooms and onion until tender.
    Stir in cream of chicken soup and water; heat through.
    Stir in turkey, pimentos and parsley.
    Beat until just boiling, stirring often.
    Remove from heat.
