Blueberry-Lemon Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. plain or lemon low-fat yogurt
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 to 1 tsp. grated lemon peel
    3/4 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease muffin cups or line with paper baking cups.
    In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    In a medium bowl, combine egg, yogurt, oil, milk and lemon peel.
    Stir well.
    Add egg mixture all at once to flour mixture.
    Stir until just dry ingredients are moistened (batter should be lumpy).
    Gently fold in blueberries into batter.
