Lemon Cheesecake Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can evaporated milk (12 oz.)
1 pkg. instant lemon pudding
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 graham cracker crust
Cool Whip (optional)
Preparation

In small mixing bowl, combine milk and pudding. Beat 2 minutes.
Set aside.
In large bowl, beat cream cheese until light.
Gradually add lemonade, continue beating until smooth, 3 to 4 minutes.
Fold pudding mixture into cream cheese mixture, blending thoroughly.
Pour into crust.
Chill 3 to 4 hours.
Top with Cool Whip.
