Taco Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 small onion, diced
    1 garlic clove, minced (optional)
    1 small can chopped green chilies
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 small jar mild picante sauce
    2 tomatoes, peeled and diced
    1 small can tomato paste
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 large container sour cream
    grated Cheddar cheese
    12 tortilla shells (corn)
    1/4 c. sliced black or green olives
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Line bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with 6 shells.
    Saute onion, green pepper and garlic in oil.
    Add ground beef and brown.
    Add taco mix, chili powder, chilies, tomatoes, tomato sauce and picante sauce.
    Cook 15 minutes.
