Easy Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 individual chicken pieces or 1 whole chicken, cut in half, salted (I use skinned chicken breasts)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 to 2/3 c. milk
    small amount chopped onion
    margarine
Preparation
    Spray long Pyrex dish with Pam.
    Place raw, salted chicken in dish.
    Sprinkle chopped onion on chicken.
    Mix milk with soup; pour over chicken.
    Dot with margarine, or squeeze margarine over chicken in several places.
    Cover with foil; bake in slow oven (200\u00b0) for 3 to 3 1/2 hours.
    (Perfect for Sundays.
    Mine goes in around 9:00 and is done when I get home around 12:30.)
    Brown under broiler just before serving.
    You need no extra gravy for rice.
