Easy Home-Cooked Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices Swiss cheese
    1 stick oleo
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 small can evaporated milk with enough water added to make 1 c.
    caraway seed (optional)
Preparation
    Melt oleo; add cheese.
    Cook over low heat, stirring until melted.
    Combine milk and flour and mix until smooth.
    Add to cheese mixture and simmer until smooth.
    Remove from heat.
    Add caraway seed to taste.
    Refrigerate.
