Apple Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. natural applesauce
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    4 egg whites
    3/4 c. sugar
    2/3 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Spray a 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan with Pam.
    Line with wax paper and spray again.
    Spread applesauce evenly over pan and sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Beat egg whites until foamy.
    Gradually add sugar; beat until thick and light.
    Set aside.
    Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
    Fold into egg whites; stir in vanilla.
    Spread evenly over applesauce. Bake 15 to 18 minutes until golden.
    Let set 5 minutes.
    Turn apple side up on a paper towel sprinkled with powdered sugar. Remove waxed paper and crusty edges.
    Roll lengthwise and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
    Makes 10 servings with 130 calories and .2 gram fat per serving.
