Annie'S Tofu Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 block firm tofu
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    chopped vegetables (grated carrots, dried mushrooms, water chestnuts)
    imitation crab meat or kamaboko, chopped
Preparation
    Squeeze excess water out of tofu and mash in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well and pour into a greased 8 x 8-inch pan.
    (Use butter or margarine to grease pan.)
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
