Swiss Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon
    1 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. sour cream
    2 slightly beaten eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    12 oz. natural Swiss cheese, cut in cubes (2 1/2 c.)
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Cook bacon until crisp; drain, saving drippings.
    Crumble bacon; set aside.
    Cook onion in drippings until tender, but not brown; drain.
    Blend in sour cream, eggs, salt and pepper.
    Add bacon and cheese.
    Pour into shell.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
