Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mild sausage
    6 eggs, beaten
    2 c. milk
    6 slices cubed bread
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. powdered dry mustard
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    dash of cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Brown sausage; drain on paper towels and cool.
    Put into mixing bowl; add remaining ingredients.
    Stir well.
    Pour into well greased 9 x 12-inch dish.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes until set and lightly browned on top.
    May be used for brunch or light supper.
